We operate as an independent provider and are not responsible for the policies or behavior of venues or vendors chosen by the client. Harassment, interference, or defamatory behavior from any third party may result in withdrawal of services to protect our team and business.

We love honest, thoughtful feedback. However, false or defamatory reviews from clients or their vendors violate our terms and may result in legal action to protect our reputation.

All services are performed at one location with a clear, calm timeline. Late arrivals may incur additional fees. Retainers are refundable only within 3 days of signing the contract.
